"You do not have the licenses to upgrade": yes, I do!

Hello, on attempting to buy an upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to 2024 Freelance Plus, I get the message below, which makes little sense as I KNOW I have sufficient 2021 Freelance Plus licences (one licence is enough to buy one upgrade, right?), and I can even see it on my "Licenses" page. I tried to go to Live Chat to let you know as suggested on the page, but it doesn't work. :-(  Could someone at RWS please fix this? Thanks!

Sorry, we had to remove 'Upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus' from your cart as you do not have the licenses to upgrade.


This may be because some licenses are already committed to other orders or quotes. If you think you do have sufficient licenses, please let us know via our live chat facility.
