I recently used only those devices that are attached to the PC that I am using.

I am a little confused about this fact.

In a cloud-based setup with Trados Studio, the term 'device' can refer to more than just your physical hardware like your laptop or PC.  When working with Trados Studio in the cloud, both your installation of Trados Studio and your browser (which you use to access cloud-based features) can be considered 'devices.'  Each of these counts toward your total number of registered devices under your current subscription.  So, even if you are using the same computer, if you access Trados Studio via both the installed software and through your browser, they might each count as a separate device.
