Activation Issue

Hello,

I'm following up regarding an issue with the perpetual version of Trados 2024 that I purchased yesterday.

Initially, I was able to activate it successfully. However, when I tried to open it later, I reencountered the activation message and couldn't proceed with the activation process.

The message I receive when trying to activate it is: "No License is currently available for the specific activation code."

Can anyone assist me? I believe the support team should take responsibility for the products they have sold!
