Cannot activate TRADOS Studio 2019 online, connection to internal Licensing server refused. Error (403) Forbidden) on SDL License Manager

Question

Hi all, 
 
 I checked this forum where other users have the same problem but I couldn't find a solution. WlmAdmin shows the correct server name in Subnet Servers but there is no detail about this server. SDL License Manager shows correctly 3 licenses activated. 
 A user cannot activate the license. Evaluation Expired is displayed. 
 Sentinel RMS License manager server is running and can respond to Start / Stop commands 
 Activation for our users worked for years but we have this issue now. 
 May I kindly ask for help, please?
