I am trying to start using Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus on a new PC. I de-activated the license on my old PC (and got confirmation that it was succesfully de-activated) but I do have 1 license active on my laptop. While trying to activate the license on "Product Activation" in Studio on the new PC, I received a network error and was directed to Connection Settings, where the "Test Internet Connection" gave me a notification saying "Internet connectivity check succeeded". However, the product was not activated. On the RWS Account page "Licenses & subscriptions" the available license disappeared. I tried resetting the license but it ended up with the same problem. I still do not have the license activated on my PC but on the RWS Account page it looks like both licenses were activated today (which should not be the case anyhow, since the one on the laptop was activated already last year). Your colleague that I chatted with suggested that you could perhaps reset both the licenses for me to be able to activate them one by one, is that possible or what would you recommend?
