Today we moved our licensing server to a new machine. Than some of our team members have the following error and cannot activate Trados Studio (on such pcs 2017/19 activated, but 2022/2024 cannot).
Can you help activate it?

Do you have the latest version of License Manager installed? If not please install it from here: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2024/Licensing/RTM/LicenseServerManager18.0.79.exe
Also, please check if the 2022 / 2024 license show in Safenet License Manager under Subnet servers> Your server name.

We are using the latest version of the license manager and 2022/24 are listed on it.
Some of us finally activate the software, but two of us cannot. their Trados obviously tries to access our old license server and when they click OK on the error screen, the software freezes and cannot change the license server IP address (Uninstalling and Reinstalling did not work).
Is there any way to solve it?
