Hello,
Recently I bought a new laptop and I wanted to transfer my SDL Trados 2019 licence from my old laptop, to which I still have access, to my new one. Unfortunately, I could not find a "deactivate" button, so I chose "reset licence". The SDL Trados Studio 2019 icon is on the desktop of my new computer, but when I click on it and it asks for the activation code, it tells me that it's wrong. In the meantime I updated my licence, but neither the old nor the new activation code works. Can anyone please help me activate the 2019 version?
