We do offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase, just be sure to deactivate your license before proceeding. However, I’d like to understand your reasons for reconsidering your decision. Are there any specific technical issues you are facing? Your feedback is valuable to us.

Hi Ana. Thanks for a quick reply. I'm not even sure I activated the license. I might have just downloaded the software. Haven't looked at it yet. No technical issues whatsoever. The work flow I purchased this for might not materialize, making this an unnecessary purchase. I should know within a week or so. But no problems w/ your software which I haven't even looked yet. Thanks again.
p.s. If I decide to de-activate and ask for a refund, what's the exact procedure for doing this and whom to write to? Thanks.

I have checked in our system and it seems that you have not activated yet the license.
If you decide to ask a refund, please e-mail trados[at]rws.com and my colleagues will help you with this. Just keep in mind that we have 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
