Hello.

If I try to activate or deactivate the code in trados 2019, I will fail with the following error.

"Deactivation failed.
could not connect to th activation server. check the activation server address in the provider settings - The remote server returned an error. (403) forbidden"

We have to move the code because of a new project, but We can't move all the licenses because of this error. Looking at the forum, it seems to be a frequent error recently, but I can't find a solution, so I'm asking here.
It's a question that used a translator, so it might be a bit awkward.
