Hi,
I cannot activate my Trados 2021 licence on my new computer. I found out that the problem was my username that has a Spanish symbol. I then installed wechoid as the following instructions said: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0040006
However, I tried to reset the license in order to generate the activation certiticate with the ID given on wechoid and I got the following message:
