I do not have access to my old computer so I can only deactivate/reactivate offline, but the ticket I was sent for offline deactivation doesn't work

I am trying to deactivate a licence offline to reactivate it to a new computer.

I do not have the old computer on which my licence is still active.

I've been trying to deactivate through my account a few times, but the ticket never works. I am working with SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus.
