This is easy. Log in to your customer account. There go to "Products & Plans" - Downloads" and click on the green download link at the right of the Studio product.
Once downloaded, double-click on the downloaded installer file.
That's all.
I am still having problems. I cannot run my subscription on 2 computers. It is telling me that I have exceeded my limit. I have now uninstalled the software on my PC to try to use only my laptop, but now it does not even work on my laptop as it is still kicking me out by telling me I have exceeded my limits. I did deactivate before uninstalling on my computer. I have no software to use now and I am stuck. This is very frustrating. Any help will be much appreciated. I just need Trados to run on at least one laptop for now.

Thank you so much for logging the support case. I was able to resolve the problem thanks to Radu. It was a matter of logging into Language Cloud account and delete the connected devices.
All good now with my subscription. Thank you again.
