I wish to uninstall my trados studio from my old laptop, but I can not access it because it won't start up. Is there a way to remotely uninstall it from this old laptop and install it on my new laptop?

You don't need to uninstall the software on your old laptop. Simply install the software on your new laptop by downloading the installer from your RWS customer account. It will run in trial mode with full functionality for 30 days.
You need then to deactivate the copy on your old laptop, and you can do this by using the self-service reset function described in this KB article:
Reset Single User licenses (sdl.com)
Once the license shows as available in your RWS account, you can then use this activation code to activate your copy on the new laptop (before the 30 days trial period expire).
