License no longer available

Question

I have a new computer and wanted to install and activate my Trados Studio 2015. Installation went ok, but I had difficulries to activate Trados. So I reset my licence and tried again. Finally activation was possible but after activating Trados I got an error message saying that I have to reinstall the product. 
 And obviously I had reset my license in trying to activate Trados too often. I was not aware that the license cannot be reset more than 3 times in 12 months. So now I have no license left and cannot reinstall Studio. 
 Is there a possibility to reset my license?
