Hello, 
 I tried to reset my licence and i have received this message: 
 You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. 
 I had to reset my license due to laptop changes at work. Since I am changing laptops again (personal and work) I really need to reset both licences. Is there a way to get help with that? I would really appreciate it.
