I upgraded to Trados Studio 2019 back in 2018 and would now like to upgrade to the 2024 version, but when I try to do this, I get a message saying I have no license to upgrade. When I log in to my account, it similarly says that I have no licenses. I don't understand how this can be the case as I still use Studio regularly for work, and I'm sure there used to be a license listed on my account for the product that I use. Can anyone give advice on where my license may have disappeared to and how I can upgrade?
