My name is Emma Daskam at Omni Tech. (edaskam@omnitechmedical.com) My colleague Veronique Maitre (vmaitre@omnitechtrans.com) has checked the account and helped me perform these installations.
I have tried activating Trados 2021 online and offline. Neither method is working. The license says it is in use now but I get an error message that says "no license type found". I have shutdown and restarted my computer to make sure everything was implemented. Still not working.
I can no longer even use the free trial! This a real issue as I cannot work.

Please help as soon as possible.
