It depends on whether you have an upgrade from Trados 2021 to Trados 2022 in your account or not. If you purchased an upgrade from Trados 2021 to Trados 2024, you can migrate directly. As I could not find any orders in your account, I would advise that you clear this issue internally and get access to the actual RWS account.

ok thanks for the reply, i am just co-ordinating on behalf of my team, who are actually the users of this product, some user challenged that direct migration from 2021 to 2024 is not possible, hence i thought to verify this.

If you purchased an upgrade from Trados 2021 to Trados 2024, you migrate directly. There is no other way, since you do not own Trados 2022.
If you purchased an upgrade from Trados 2021 to Trados 2022 and then an upgrade from Trados 2022 to Trados 2024, you would have to process one upgrade at a time.
