Hello, I have a technical issue and I'm reaching out here for help after discussing with someone in the live chat.
I have Studio 2021 Freelance plus and I want to buy an upgrade to Studio 2024 Freelance but each time I try to proceed with payment my cart is emptied and a message says I have no available license. How can I fix this ? I do not know what to do.
Could you please help me out with this ?
