Hi. I use Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus, and yesterday I upgraded to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance. Prior to installing the new version, I deactivated Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus. Then, I tried to activate (online) Trados Studio 2024 Freelance, but activation failed. I received the following message: Activation failed. Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210150. Open connection settings?. I tried again, after resetting the license, but the result was the same. Offline activation failed as well. Can someone help me please? This is the first part of the problem. The second part is this: in order to keep working until I solve the previous problem, I tried to activate again my previous version (Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus), but activation also failed. However, in my account I see that 1 license is in use, and unfortunately I do not have the option to reset license (for Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus). Is there any way to reset the license and make it work?
