As discussed in chat, if you install the program and do not process the upgrade and activate Trados 2024, it will run in trial mode for 30 days.
To activate Trados 2024 you need to process the upgrade. Once you process the upgrade, you won't be able to use Trados 2021 anymore.

Thanks Elisa. I still need help from someone concerning how to process the upgrade, activate, etc. I received a message saying that Trados has received my payment, but then one of your colleagues told me that the payment has not been received. In fact, I see in the RWS page that they are waiting for the payment. Weird. Thanks again

The upgrade will be available in your account once the order is paid. To get the activation code for Trados 2024 you will need to process the upgrade. Once you process the upgrade, you won't be able to use Trados 2021 anymore.
Your order is not paid for. Please try again and make sure you complete all the steps. If the problem persists, please contact trados[at]rws.com and my colleagues will look into it.
