Offline Deactivation Trados 2022

I am trying to deactivate Trados2022 offline and I am stuck. I copied and pasted the "ticket" (or "certificate", what happened to terminology?) but then I don't know what I am supposed to do. Also, I noticed that most questions here have no replies at all! How are we supposed to find out how to do things? Is there a way to get support from Trados/RWS staff? What happened to all these people asking the same question as mine?
