License at a sudden no longer active (code 210026)

On one of our developer's machines the Studio 2022 SR2 license activation is at a sudden no longer available. However, product is / was activated and - according to the license in our accounts - it is well available. This is happening - if I remember well - now the third time on this machine. What is the cause for it, how can we resolve?
