I am facing an issue with reactivating my SDL Trados 2021 Freelance license. When I try to start the application, it says that the license has expired, even though I have copied and pasted the correct activation code from my SDL account.
I also tried using the "license reset" option and received a new activation key, but when I attempt to activate it, I receive the error message: "Product key does not exist. Retry with correct ID." Despite multiple attempts, the activation still fails.
