Purchased an upgrade from Trados 2021 to 2024 but not received an activation code

Hello,

I purchased an upgrade from Studio 2021 to Studio 2024, paying by bank transfer (I paid immediately and received acknowledgment payment has been received). I installed the upgrade. Once the upgrade installed, I have a screen asking me for an activation code. I have checked my account and I have not received an activation code yet, I am not sure what to do now as I am unable to use Trados 2024.
