Deactivating trados licences from old Pc and installing to new Pc

Question

I have bought a new PC and want to transfer my licences to this new PC. I've got these two active licenses: Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.933 and Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.1.7.17560. I have tried to deactivate both from inside the program and from my account web page, without success. Trados shows no internet connection, so I can't deactivate the license from inside the program; maybe it's because I haven't installed the "License Server Manager v17.0.134.". But I can't find the link to download it.
