I bought the upgrade license to Studio 2024 version. When I try to deactivate the Trados Studio 2019, the deactivation failed. I'm attaching the window that pops up when I try to deactivate. Can somebody please help me?

Please note that you don't have to deactivate the 2019 license if you want to process the upgrade and pass to the latest version of Trados Studio 2024, you can simply uninstall the oldest version.
To process the upgrade from your 2019 version to the 2024 one please follow the below steps:
Log in into your RWS account
Click on Products&Plans - Licenses
Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available'
On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again
Once all done return to licenses tab where the 2024 license code will appear.

Your response and explanations on this case help me a lot because I've recently purchased the upgrade from Trados Studio 2019 to Trados Studio 2024 and need to upgrade.
Could you give me your advice for the procedure of the upgrade from Version 2019 to 2024? Because I thought I had to deactivate the 2019 license. My current understanding of the necessary steps to take based on your explanations is as follows:
1. First, click on Upgrade button on the Licenses page on my RWS account. In this regard, I cannot see any blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available. ' Instead, "Available: 1" tab appears for the 2024 license.
2. Uninstall the older Version 2019 on my PC.
3. Download 'Trados Studio 2024 CU1' and 'MultiTerm 2024 Desktop Installer CU1.'
Is my understanding described above right?
Thank you in advance for your kind advice. I do need help to continue my work with the latest Trados version.
