today you helped me to reset my product key and it is already blocked again, what is happening.... I translated 26 percent of the job and now it doesn't permit me open the file... it is not for the first time, it says that key is not correct.... but some minutes ago it is working... what is happening?

during the last two years, Trados continuously create problems... i try to accept projects where Trados is not compolsory because everytime I open Trados there is an error, key error, file is not found, thousand of issues... I'm a little scared of trados... there is no such kind of issue with other cat tools, why Trados, why... I lost all my old translations, today, you helped me to reset my key, and after 2-3 hours, it is not working any more...
