I would like to reset the licences of four SDL Trados 2017.
Could you kindly assist please? Since we no longer have access to the laptops on which they are installed on and cannot proceed with online/offline activation processes.

Thanks for your help Sorin but we cannot proceed with an online/offline deactivation as we no longer have access to the laptops which they are installed on.
