You may attempt to reset the license yourself through your RWS account under Products and Plans - Licenses.
If an error message pops up and you are not able to do this, please let us know.

It seems I still have an activation code :-), but it failed to activate. There was an error message: "Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings - the external server has returnd an erros: (403) not allowed."
How can I proceed?

Yes, you can use the license on 2 different computers at the same time.
