Trying to upgrade from Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2021 to Trados Studio Freelance 2024 and getting an error message that I do not have the license. I do have the license!

I am trying to upgrade from my Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2021 to Trados Studio Freelance 2024, but at the payment stage I am receiving the error message: > Sorry, we had to remove 'Upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance' from your cart as you do not have the licenses to upgrade. > > This may be because some licenses are already committed to other orders or quotes. If you think you do have sufficient licenses, please let us know via our live chat facility. 
 I do have the license and the end of the 40% offer is very close. 
 Please, tell me what to do.

 To purchase an upgrade, you need to process the pending upgrade. Please process your upgrade to Trados 2022 Freelance Plus from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses, https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx 
 Then purchase the upgrade from Trados 2022 Freelance Plus.
