My computer broke down and had to be formatted. I am trying to figure out how to deactivate my Trados Studio 2021 license and reactivate it, but I am not being successful. Could you please help me with this?

Hi Rita,
In case your computer crashed and you can no longer access Trado, please reset your license from your RWS account.
Select Products & Plans > Licenses
Find the activation code that you are not able to use or have not been able to deactivate.
Click Reset License:
