Greetings,
I have been using Trados for translation courses with an academic partnership license and have almost 150 active members/users/students. Strangely enough, some of them disappeared from my dashboard. I cannot send them invitations or assign them to projects. The dashboard shows 107 usages, yet there seem to be only 51 members.
How can I solve the issue?

Removing the devices will allow you to reset the activations and then you can try and send the invitations again.
If that does not work, please let us know and we will submit a case with our technical team for you.

I did try it, but no luck.
After logging in to the languagecloud, it says "Concurrent usage 0/107," but the search field shows only 52 members. As well, those who are able to log in only have termbase in their dashboard.
