Not able to activate my license

I was using the free trial version until I decided tError message window with a red cross symbol stating 'Failed to validate offline. The specified activation certificate may not be valid. Validate your activation certificate against the certificate in your account.' with an OK button.Information message window with a blue information symbol stating 'The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.' with an OK button.o buy the Freelancer version, however I'm not able to activate it. I've tried online and offline. Can somebody please help me?
