Can't activate my licence

Good morning/afternoon,

I just bought a Trados 2024 licence (freelance version), but I can't activate it. 

When I try to open my SDL Trados freelance version, a message appears saying that I have to activate my license (again?). But in my RWS account, it says it is already activated. I tried again to use the activation code but it didn't work, and another message appeared saying that activation failed and no license is currently available for the specified activation code.

I had the same problem when I was in an internship and my tutor gave me a activation code (for Trados 2022). Since it was at the end of the internship, I could use the 30-day trial since me and my tutor didn't know how to solve this problem.

I reset my licence to activate it "offline" but it didn't work either. It still says in my RWS account that my licence is activated, but "in reality" it's not since the software keeps saying that I have to activate it.

Could you please help me with this?
