We are trying to activate a Trados 2021 license on my colleague Emma Daskam's computer.
We tried the offline activation method after the online one failed.
Now Trados won't open at all and simply crashes.
Please do not close our support case as before: we will be happy to write when our issue is resolved so you can close it
