Sudden/unexpected change of notebook - SDL not working anymore

Dear reader,

After a sudden and unexpected change of my notebook, I deactivated my license (as instructed by my SDL Sales Rep). However, I am now unable to use my account on the new notebook.

What do I need to do to reactivate it?

Thank you very much for your help!

Kind regards,
Cora

  • Dear Elisa,

I had to change my notebook again, unfortunately, and decativated the old license. I have downloaded the program to the new notebook and am trying to get an installation ID to reactivate it there. However, I am turning round in cicles: If I click on "get offline activation certificate", it asks me for an installation ID (which is what I am trying to get with the prior step).

Is there any way you can support me, please? I thank you very much in advance!

    Kind regards,
    Cora
