Hello, I bought an upgrade from Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2021 to 2024 and installed it, but I can't activate it. I get an error message. I also tried to reset the license, but it didn't work either. Plus I don't understand why one activation is already in use as I should have two... Could you help me?
