Good morning, I bought Trados Studio 2024 Freelance, the installation went perfectly well. But, when I entered the licence key, the software prompts a message saying the licence could not have been activated and asks me if I want to open connection parameters. It did not work either with the offline activation certificate. The thing is that, on my RWS account, it is written that my license is already activated, which is not. I have reset three times in a row my licence in order to properly activate my licence, and now I am blocked as I cannot reset the licence anymore - and Trados 2024 still is not activated.

As I cannot reset the licence, I cannot take screenshots of my problem. Sorry!
