Hello!
I wanted to update a plugin i Trados Studio 2024 but cannot login with my RWS account. When entering my e-mail adress (the same one I used for purchasing Trados) and the password (which I have double checked) I recieve the following error message:
"An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team."
Is there anything that can be done about this? There is an additional e-mail adress in my account which I no longer have access to and have tried to remove, but I did not use it to login when purchasing Trados.
