I can´t get my Trados 2019 to work. When I wrote to your helpdesk I got this message - "You actually have an unprocessed upgrade for Trados 2021". And the when I asked how I am supposed to upgrade it I gor this answer - "Ok, if you cannot reset it yourself, then please contact the technical licensing team via Community: https://community.rws.com/product-groups/trados-portfolio/f/licensing. Please sign in, then post the issue and my colleagues will then be able to pick up your request and provide support."
Could you please help me, I have a deadline for tomorrow morning.
