I would like to deactivate Trados in the old laptop and activate in the new laptop. The deactivation doesn't work.

Can some one help me. Online/offline deactivation not working.

Hi Mari, 
 If you cannot deactivate Trados on your old laptop, please try to reset the licence from your RWS account &ndash; Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
