Deactivation of SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus on one computer

Question

Dear All, 
 I am still using an older version of SDL Trados - SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus for one of my customers. This could be activated on two computers as it it the Plus version. I would like to deactivate one of these now on one of my computers to re-activate it on a new computer and I am unsure which installation this is is. There are two shown when clicking on the link for offline deactivation - each with a unique activation ID. However, I do not find this unique activation ID. Can you please tell me where to find this unique activation ID in the Trados UI on the respective computer? I can only find the activation code of the overall licence there.
