: My hard drive failed last week and I have had to reinstall Trados Studio 2021. These posts suggests reinstalling Trados before Windows but I have already installed Windows so what do I do now. I have downloaded Trados Studio 2021 and when I try open it and reset activation code, the page times out. What can I do?

Your license seems deactivated. Have you tried activating it? The license code is in your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses.
