I ordered an upgrade last week and paid for it, and the payment is still shown as pending. How can I get support on this?

I tried to upgrade to Studio 2024 last week, made a bank transfer payment right away with the details provided (the money has left my bank account), yet I haven't received my new license and on my account, the payment shows as pending.

I can't find any phone number or email or anyone I could contact for this kind of problem. What should I do?

I made the order on October 3rd, so I am pretty sure it should have gone through already. That and the fact that the money has left my account a while ago.
