Upgrade from SDL Freelance Plus 2021 to SDL Freelance 2024

I just updated from SDL Trados Freelance Plus 2021 to Freelance 2024. The system said the installation was successful. However the application does not open, neither via the Windows menu nor when clicking on the icon on my desktop. What can I do?
