License status discrepancy

I deactivated my license on my desktop Trados, and an error message (error Id: 653) showed. Please refer to the screenshot below.

My desktop Trados license is activated, but the license state on RWA website has been in available since.

I do not have problem with using Trados on my laptop currently, but the activation status discrepancy between online and offline bothers me and I'm concerned if this could lead to another problem in the future.

Please advise.
