When will my allowed character limit be reset?

Hi all,

I have been using Language Weaver portal on web browser but couldn't use it since August 2024.

I checked my subscription and usage on the day it stopped.

Please see below screenshots taken on the 16th of August, 2024.

I understand I used all the allowed character limit per year, but I don't quite understand the subscription period though.

Because when I check it again today (13th October, 2024), the subscription end date is showed differently. Please see below.

Regardless the subscription period, I see the billable period for the current usage is 2023/10/23 00:00:00 - 2024/10/23 00:00:00.

So does this mean that my usage per year will be reset on 2024/10/23 00:00:00?

I do not need to upgrade my subscription for now, so I would like to wait until the usage per year is restored.

Could anyone clarify the subscription information and the character reset timeline?
