Cant reactivate my Studio 2019

Question

I was having an issue with some file formats so I decided to reinstall my Studio 2019. First, I deactivated my license offline (because the online method didn't work). I then uninstalled Studio and reinstalled it, only to get an error message when trying to activate my license. 
 
 The online activation license throws the following error: Activation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. I tried using the offline method but the program crashes whenever I paste my code in the first box, leaving this error message: 
 
 The requested service is not available: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService. 
 
 I've reinstalled Studio and reactivated my license a couple of times before, but this is the first time I've faced this issue. 
 I also tried following this article with no luck:

 I'd like to solve this ASAP to get my work done, so any help would be appreciated.
