Question about Trados 2024 Freelance license.

I have recently purchased a new license for Trados Studio 2024 Freelance via the vendor portal. I figured, I could take advantage of the vendor's discount. I opted for the Freelance non-subscription model, because it was said to have a perpetual license, but when I received a purchase confirmation, I got the following e-mail message: Your new subscription has started and will last for 12 months.

I submitted my question via website support, but I haven't heard back. I want to know whether I purchased just a 12-month subscription or a perpetual license. I am sure I chose the correct option as the two options had different prices. I haven't downloaded nor installed the software yet and if it's a subscription model I need to cancel my order as I am not interested in that.

I have submitted my question via two other means already and have yet to receive an answer. Needless to say, I have not been impressed so far by the lack of support.
